Ok. Finally we have a bit of different news. We are 1 1/2cm dilated and baby is over 8 lbs.! Doctor said that if we go full term that he would estimate we would have a 9lbs baby at this point. Wow. So, that is about all that we have to report - everything else is good and we are now just awaiting our little (or big) boy any day :)

Just a little update for this week. I went this morning to the doctors and my blood pressure was a bit higher than normal. So they sent me to the hospital for a blood test and also a non stress test. Baby is doing great at this point and I am not having any real contractions yet. They want for me to rest as much as possible and to see what my blood pressure is on Monday. Oh I also found out that my doctor is no longer going to be delivering babies starting Nov 1st. So we will now be seeing different doctors. Will keep you all updated - only 2 more weeks!!!

A quick update from Friday's doctor appointment. All is still well. Heartbeat is strong and in the 150's. The doctor is estimating that his weight is definitely over 7 lbs but not quite at 8 lbs yet. We have our next appointment on Tuesday and we are hoping for some more news then. Will keep updating :)

Just a few updates from our doctor appointments in the past few weeks. Baby has dropped and is in position! Yeah! That is a good thing, lets hope that he stays that way. Also, from today's appointment, the doctor is estimating that he is about 6 lbs. already. All else is good though...heart beat is strong and my blood pressure is down. Doctor still wants for me to rest 2 hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the afternoon - which is crazy! I will keep you updated on any new news :)

I just want to say a quick THANK YOU to everyone that was involved and attended my baby shower. It was amazing - all the people and the gifts...our little boy definitely will be loved by many! Thank you again so much for all the hard work!

We have some new news from our doctor appt...all is still going good. He weighs 3lbs, 12oz and is still 2 weeks ahead of schedule. He is in the 75th percentile of babies :) Oh and he has hair!
Yes it is true... Chris and I are expecting our first child, a baby boy!
As of this point, we are all healthy and awaiting our little precious to arrive.
